Walnut Ridge Homeowners Association accepts bids for the following:

Mowing, Fertilization, and maintenance of grass in the following areas: , along 156th Street between the street and the white fence and a area by the entrance at 160th and Maple the area south between our planting beds and Maple street only.   Fertilization, and maintenance of the Walnut Ridge Park. 
Bid Submissions need to include the entire scope of work. 
Start and End dates
Number of mowings/fertilizations and seedings
These bids are to be submitted during January and February.
